With 18 years of hands-on experience, Ben, a Licensed General Contractor has mastered the complexities of construction management, from intricate job costing to large-scale labor coordination. He is known for being a "good steward" of his clients' resources, focusing on sustainable growth and long-term value over quick fixes.


Chris Lanthier is the dispatch porter tech with Sierra Property Management, where he brings his decades of hands-on customer service experience and strong work ethic to the property management field. Beyond his professional role, Chris remains deeply connected to the community, volunteering his time as a coach for his daughter’s soccer team and continuing the family-oriented presence he was known for during his years in hospitality.
Yoshiko Perez brings over 12 years of experience in industrial operations and commercial real estate administration, with a strong focus on organization and financial accuracy. She began her career in the recycling industry managing scale operations, metal trading support, and office administration before transitioning into commercial property management. As a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant, she oversees accounts payable and receivable, reconciles financial statements, and supports tenant and vendor coordination. Yoshiko is known for her attention to detail and her ability to keep complex property operations running smoothly.
