Case Study: Lower Costs, Better Security at a Retail Property

A retail property we manage had on-site security guards patrolling the premises. While this came at a high monthly cost, it didn’t appear to be stopping ongoing criminal activity. The property owner was concerned about both safety and rising expenses.

After reviewing the situation, we looked for a better solution. We recommended replacing the on-site guards with mobile security towers that provide visible, around-the-clock monitoring.

The result was a major improvement. The new security setup reduced monthly security costs by $3,500 while providing stronger deterrence and more consistent coverage across the property.
